TKACZ IS LOOKING FOR TKACZS. WEBERS. TISSERANDS. AND WEAVERS.
Let’s see what we can weave together.
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY | AN INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO COLLABORATE
POLAND · AUSTRIA · GERMANY · SWITZERLAND · FRANCE · AND BEYOND
My name is Mariusz Tkacz. I’m a civil engineer. And since my surname means “weaver,” I thought I would try bringing a few threads together. 🙂
In Polish, it’s tkacz; in German, Weber; in French, tisserand; in English, weaver. The same trade, different languages. And surnames that could be the beginning of a new connection.
Are there any Tkaczs, Webers, Tisserands or Weavers here who work in construction?
Do you design? Build? Manage construction projects? Manufacture or supply building materials? Run a service business, work with construction equipment or develop technologies?
Let us get to know you. Tell us:
- what you do and what you can offer;
- what you’re proud of;
- what you’re developing or would like to start;
- what you’re looking for partners to help with.
Through TKACZ.ONE, we’re creating an international technical club — a place for people to meet and exchange knowledge about technologies. We’re developing an IT system and a business platform, including OTOBAU.pl — THE CONSTRUCTION MARKETPLACE.
I’m inviting partners from Poland, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and France. People from Ukraine and other countries are equally welcome — wherever you live and work.
We want to get to know people, their work, their experience and their ideas. To offer space to introduce yourself and explore what we might do together.
Write in your native language. You don’t need to speak Polish.
We want to create a place where everyone can be themselves. No showing off, no competing over achievements and no judging anyone by their bank balance.
This isn’t another millionaires’ club. You might run a large company, work independently, be an experienced specialist or be taking your first steps in the industry. Curiosity, technology and a willingness to collaborate bring us together.
Perhaps we’ll also find a way back to our roots?
If you have relatives in Poland and would like to find them or reconnect, we’ll help with your search and your efforts to rebuild those relationships. A professional connection might even lead to a family reunion.
No proof of kinship is required. The surname is a conversation starter — the invitation is open to anyone who wants to contribute their own thread.
Interested, and have a moment to spare? Introduce yourself.
Share a few sentences about yourself in a comment or private message. Include your country, town or city, your specialism and — if you like — a link to your work.
Know a Tkacz, Weber, Tisserand or Weaver in construction? Pass this invitation on.
Let’s see who’s out there. And what we can weave together.
